E-mail Notice Request Form:
Offenders are classified as posing a "High" "Moderate" or "Low" risk to the
community. E-mail notification relates only to offenders who are classified as
"HIGH" risk and those who have a lifetime requirement to register as a sex
offender. These offenders are also on the ND Sex Offender Website (www.sexoffender.nd.gov).
Each time a sex offender moves, changes jobs or changes school enrollment, the
individual must notify local law enforcement of the change. As a
result, information in the offender registration system is constantly updated.
Once the E-mail Notice Request is processed, the system will generate an e-mail
each time there is a change to a HIGH risk or LIFETIME offender's information.
